ECF Pay to play fee
English players in the Open who are not Gold members of the English Chess Federation (ECF) pay an additional £11.00. None English Open players pay £1.50. Bronze members or none members in other sections pay £9.00. No fee for anyone else.CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- Entries received after Friday8th November 2019, if accepted, will require £3 late entry fee.
- In all disputes the decision of the Congress Controllers is final.
- No player may win more than one prize.
- Addresses will be stored on a computer for sending out future congress entry forms and players grades will appear on the ECF web site.
- Players without a current grading must indicate on the entry form their best previous results or any grading ever held.
- All mobile phones / alarms must be turned off and not on your person during play.
- Ungraded players are not eligible for grading prizes.
Note that if you request a bye in round 5 it will get zero points.
